Excell 100 Pre Cleaner Series

Separation of the undersized and light grain cleaning is done twice at the beginning as well at the end of machine works. 

Pre-Cleaning Machine has two screening sets. Each set has two sieves. 

The first big sieve after separating the grain distributed undesirable and small particles below.

 

Our pre-cleaning machines  with its air exposure system for the light particles is carried out twice. There are two screening sets on the machine. The two sieves in each screening sets separate the rough grain of the product and distinguish one product from light and small grains located just below the small sieve holes. The pre-cleaning takes place in the second screen step. Distinguished unwanted rough and light products are separated from the eyes at the side of the front Cleaning Machine.

 

Ideally, the best products of pre-cleaning machine once again being exposed to the air flow exiting from the front for the second time separated from the lighter grains.
