Product entering the machine initially passes through a distributor and spreads on hopper. Undesired dust and light granules inside product passes through two sucktion channels to be removed from the product. Air sucktion aspirator motors and air channel pressure actuators are controlled by PLC system and a touch panel. With the inverter controlled motors, it is possible to obtain best result with the lowest energy consumption. Product passes through sieves to be separated into sizes and final product enters into gravity separator channels.
